Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Vice President II – Sales Support to support purchasing and sales activities in the trading of building materials. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially Pivot Tables, to analyse sales & purchasing data and optimize procurement strategies.
Job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for building materials such as cement, steel, tiles, insulation, and other construction-related products.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure cost-effective and quality procurement.
- Prepare and analyze sales & procurement reports using Excel Pivot Tables to identify sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate with sales, finance teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Evaluate and onboard new suppliers, maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- Handle sales admin team and documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
Job qualification:
- Proven experience as a Purchasing / Sales Support Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the building materials industry.
- 3 to 5 years of working experience in construction and building materials.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP systems.
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Job Description:
Handle EPCC contractor and suppliers by supplying the construction and building materials to inhouse Project Oriole in Sabah.
Job responsibilities:
- To maximize the sales and profit from Project Oriole by supplying the construction and building materials to the EPCC contractor.
- To promote good relationships and services with the EPCC contractor and suppliers.
- To ensure goods are delivered on time as per the contractor’s order.
- To handle the contractor’s complaints and grievances promptly.
- Eager to learn and improve products knowledge.
- Ability to work independently. Required to travel at least once a week to project site.
- To follow up closely on the documents required by KL Central Processing Unit.
Job qualification:
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in a related or relevant field.
- 2 – 3 years of work experience in related or other relevant experience.
- Excellent social skill, ability to handle work stress, presentable, aggresives and sales oriented, eager to learn.
- High EQ level.
