Mr. Boon Joon Siang (“Mr. Boon”) started his career as an auditor with Mok and Poon (now known as Crowe), an audit firm in year 1995. He has served on various external and internal audits (“IA”), due diligence review, share valuation, risk management and corporate finance engagements in various public listed and private limited companies in Malaysia and overseas.

He subsequently joined local conglomerate Maju Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (“Maju Group”) in 2000, where he was involved in negotiating the MEX highway concession with the Government of Malaysia and raising a sukuk programme to fund the highway’s construction. He left Maju Group in March 2018, having last served as Head of Group Finance, responsible for the group’s corporate, treasury and finance functions.

Mr. Boon joined Telekosang Hydro One Sdn. Bhd./ Telekosang Hydro Two Sdn. Bhd. (“Telekosang”) in 2019 as Finance Director, overseeing Telekosang’s corporate, treasury and finance functions until his departure in November 2025.

Mr. Boon joined JENTAYU as Head of Corporate Finance in September 2025, where he was responsible for managing and supporting the funding of the proposed Project Oriole in Sabah. He was promoted to CFO on 3 August 2026.

He is the founder and director of Crane Advisory Sdn. Bhd., a boutique financial advisory firm that provides fundraising and corporate advisory services.

He is also a shareholder and director of Cas Bina Sdn. Bhd. (G7 construction company), Avantex Project Sdn. Bhd. (project management company) and Avantex Properties group of companies (property development).

He is currently an INEC of UMS-Neiken Group Berhad. He was appointed to the position on 30 April 2024
