Sales Admin Officer - Executive

Location: Menara Felda

When needed: As soon as possible

Salary: RM 2,300 – RM 3,500

Experience: At least 2 years working experience

Job Description

This role demands experience in sales administration and coordination. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, as the position involves document preparation, and must be a team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Job responsibilities:

  • Provide essential administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient sales processes and seamless communication with clients.
  • Assisting sales teams with administrative tasks and coordination
  • Preparing and processing sales orders. To ensure the customer purchase order is complete with all the relevant information to process.
  • To issue purchase order to supplier upon sales order approval.
  • To liaise with supplier on the materials delivery to site
  • To follow up on the documents for billing, prepare sales invoice and submission to finance for payment.
  • Familiar with SAP System
