Dato’ Ahmad Rizal has more than 30 years of experience under his belt specifically in business, strategy, corporate finance and operations. An accountant by profession, he started his career as an auditor with a small size audit firm prior to joining the audit of KPMG Malaysia and later as its business advisory team where he was involved in mapping out strategies & implementing business processes for various sectors of corporates including manufacturing, financial & investment, property & development, construction, independent power plant and oil & gas base companies.

He also championed some of the biggest deal-making, financial restructuring, business reengineering, take-overs, reverse take-overs, acquisitions and corporate financing. He was involved in few Initial Public Offerings in the country and few other corporate exercises in the like of corporate valuations, Independent Advisor in relation to KLSE requirement for listed companies corporate exercise which includes debt restructuring as well.
